To know the perfect answer to this question, let's assume that there is a worker who made an unforgettable mistake for the first time, and the employer wants to fire him. I don't think it is a joke to live for forty or fifty years and make no sense in other people's lives. There are criteria for giving other opportunities to the right people. First, keep an eye on them. Second, don't give second chances for the same mistake.
Although giving a second chance is a good thing, it may cost a lot if it goes to the wrong person, as sometimes giving someone a second chance is like giving them an extra bullet for their gun.
